Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Our client had a number of departments that used their own systems, such as Excel or ACT, to record what was happening with prospects and customers. They wanted a unified system that would allow all of their departments to use the same system thereby saving time and allowing new customer opportunities to be discovered.

We proposed a web based CRM system where the organisation’s they wanted to or did do business were the foundation of the system. All users within the company, ranging from telesales people to account managers, can view the customers or prospects details. This allows them to see at a glance everything about the prospect or customer in a single location.

ROTA, shift and time management
Our client’s staff worked various hours and over various shifts. Some worked Monday – Friday 9-5 others worked shifts covering different hours. Some shifts needed 2 people, other shifts needed 4 people to cover them. The allocation and management of the ROTA on a manual basis was proving to be a major problem for our client because of the vast number of combinations and staffing issues such as holidays.

We looked at how their shift system worked, how people needed to be allocated and designed a web application which automatically created each week’s rota with the click of a button. In addition a full range of reports are now available such as holidays, sickness, TOIL and many others that were not available previously. This has saved not only time but also improved staff morale.
