InContact's document management module allows you to store, manage, search and retrieve all documentation and files relating to a company or contact. Users can easily view all documents relating to a particular contact or company, or view only specific document types or those that fit specified criteria.

Your pool of contacts are available across your organisation and out in the field. Built on the Microsoft Sharepoint platform your InContact portal is accessible from any internet enabled computer or mobile device.

Opportunity Tracking allows you to monitor and manage your sales pipeline by providing a flexible way of adding new opportunities, associating them with contacts and/or companies and managing them through your sales ‘lifecycle’.

InContact now intergrates with Google Maps ® so all your contacts can be plotted against global mapping data allowing you to take logistical decisions on the fly.
